WAR and his Horsemen were quite the foe but the downfall for Martin was not them. Rather the arrival of Uncensored. A Verbal Assault on WAR and then Martin would see Uncensored drag WAR over Martin's body and the official to count the pinfall. |

Following his win over WAR Napoli looked to ruin the fun. Co-Executive Officer Veronica Maison'a appearance revealed she was stepping down and had named her successor; Spike Saunders. Saunders then deemed the runnerup Stipulation for the Main Event, The Laddervault, would see his first defense alongside challengers WAR, RaVage and macWICKED. RaVage would surmount the odds in this first-ever concept match to become the NEW World Champion. |

In a truly controversal finish Uncensored pinned RaVage while Jason Kain had Roland tapping out. Napoli reminded Kain that he fired himself in August, and he would then declare Uncensored champion. | |

After being awarded the Championship by Official Decision, Uncensored clocked the CEO and declared he wanted nothing to do with Napoli or being his Champion. Once more it was Vacated. |

It would not be until Full Effect 46 that Napoli would attempt to crown a new hand-picked champion in Shawn Jessica Hart but those plans were derailed thanks to HBO Rep Amy Holloway and Shivaree winner High Flyer, who was garunteed a World Championship shot. Flyer would go through a gauntlet of opponents over the next few events with everything riding on each match because if someone beat him, they would take his spot in the Championship match against Shawn Hart at Twilight. High Flyer would then face SJH and become the new World Champion. |

High Flyer would be forced by Napoli to wrestle Gyle 'The Messiah', whom he would successfully defend against. And then face the surprise challenger of Uncensored. The two would end up taking each other out and causing the match to be declared a No Contest. Napoli would then enter the ring and cover Flyer which the referee would reluctantly do his job and count the three. Thus the CEO was the World Champion. |

NBW had hit a slump like none other with Napoli as champion. One Hundred and Eighty Two days of Hell. Even HBO turned their interest to other programs to air. NBW returned to the air with a Memorial Day special which would see a changing of the Office of Napoli. Thaddeus Boyle entered the picture and took the reigns of the organization in his hands. His first order of business was the World Champion, as he had not defended it in 30 or even 60 days he should be stripped; Boyle however decided to make him defend against an opponent of his choosing. That person was Torment whom quickly destroyed Napoli to become the New Champion. |

Intent on keeping the NBW Fanbase happy. HBO happy. And the stock holders happy. Boyle had Torment defend the championship against a very special challenger; the returning Ali Amore. Amore and Torment would tear the house down but the 4th Emergency Service would come out on top as NBW's Champion. The Fan's Champion. |

RaVage pinned the champion for the three count but only following the end of the broadcast Feed. Thaddeus Boyle had no choice but to uphold the Championship and give both men a chance to claim it their own. |

Desparate for a champion Boyle announced the first ever 10 To 1 event. Ten competitors would wrestle in random gauntlet entries until nine had been eliminated. The list was stacked with: Former Champion Ali Amore, RaVage, Spike Saunders, Showtime, Son of Malta, Callie Urban, Max Hopper, John C. Willis, and Torment. But the won to come out of the event as the new champion was the former mysterious JLV FAN, 'Superstar' Vince Jacobs. |

† William Arthur Reagan, RaVage, and Uncensored are tied for the Most Number of Reigns.
† Ali Amore Currently holds the Record for Longest Championship Reign. NBW had dropped the television deal during most of this duration however the Championship was regulary defended at Houseshows and Special Live Events.
† Uncensored currently holds the Record for Shortest Reign during his second reign as Champion. Spike Saunders and Torment were beat out by minutes as Uncensored had self-vacated the Championship.
The Keystone Championship was defended as a part of the NA Championship in an interpromotional match at F.A.T.E?
